This is one on one, in person fitness training where I train you virtually or I come to you and train you from your preferred location at an agreed day and time.

Sessions last 1 hour and are customized to suit your current fitness needs and goals. They start off with warm up and muscle activation, then move on to a customized strength section, metabolic training and finally stretching. This service has in built nutrition coaching to complement your workout program.
